شرکت کارخانجات لوازم خانگی پارس (سهامی عام) در تاریخ 1354/02/06 بصورت شرکت سهامی خاص تاسیس شده و طی شماره 21482 در اداره ثبت شرکتها و مالکیت صنعتی تهران به ثبت رسیده است و در تاریخ 1373/09/28 به شرکت سهامی عام تبدیل و در تاریخ 1373/11/08 در بورس اوراق بهادار پذیرفته شده است و در مورخ 1391/09/16 به بازار پایه فرابورس منتقل شده است.کارخانه تولیدی یخچال و فریزر در زمینی به مساحت 13 هکتار در شهر صنعتی البرز قزوین ایجاد و از سال 1359 بهره برداری از آن شروع شد. تولیدات این کارخانه تا پایان سال 81 دو نوع محصول یخچال و فریزر 12 فوت بوده است که به منظور بهبود کیفیت آن به مرور تغییراتی در آن ایجاد گردیده است.
